MY FRIENDS,MY HERO

          Each of us have our own inspirations which we consider as our hero.They give us strength and advices in our challenges in life.When we remember all the things they've done to us ,we want to have a chance to substitute all of those.Then there comes that we choose them as  our inspirations.
           I'am a person that have many challenges in life but I'am still fighting,hoping that someday all of this will be solve.Sometimes I want to give up but thanks to my friends they were always with me.They always advice me on what is good to do.They make me laugh when they notice I'am sad.They are always around me when i needed somebody to lean on .All of this are the reasons why I choose them as my heroes.They are the friends whom i really treasure.
            I know there are more whom they consider as their heroes and most of them choose thier parents or families.But me,i choose my friends becuse the problems I'am facing is brought by my parents .At now,I can just forget ny problems because my friends are always here beside me . They are my inspiration .I'am blessed because I have friends like them -----> THEY'RE MY HERO !!! ;D 

SONA (state of the nations address)

    Many of us are waiting for the sona of our president.Because we are waiting if what are the projects and plans of our president to our country.We have many expectations to our president because his late parents,the late Benigno and Corazon Aquino are known for their great contribution to the progress of our country,so now we expect also that president Benigno Aquino can follow the footsteps of his late parents.

   In his sona he speak about the"wang-wang" which mean the abusing of authoroties,and the lost of job in our country.He also include the help for the victims of the late typhoons and also the crisis in our country.
   Well we all know that it is easy to promise but it's hard to do it,so i just want to say good luck for our president i know you can do all what you have said in your sona.And i hope that our country will progress at this time.i trust in your own ability sir.Thank you.

ISULONG BREASTFEEDING, TAMA, SAPAT AT EKSKLUSIBO

      Breast feeding is the best way to make babies healthy.It is more nutritious than the milk we buy.It has the calcuims,protiens,and many nutritious facts that make our babies healthy and away from sickness.If we use breast feeding we can also saved money.instead of buying a milk in a can or cartoons,we can feed our babies immediately by breastfeeding.The nutritional facts that the babies get from the milk of a mothers breast helps them develop their bones and not yet develop tissues in a babies body.
     Now a days,mothers are fine in just buying canned milks because they are lazy to breast feed their babies but they don't know what will be the effect of that.Babies that are use in canned milks are hard to stop thats the cause why children that are 1-6 are still using canned milks.Sometimes also,babies doesn't want to eat their meals because they just want their canned milks.
    Now that it is still early,we must develop the use of breast feeding not only to save money,but also for our babies sake.In order to have a healthy baby we must breast feed them.       

a letter for the president

     First of all i would like to great you a pleasant time and day.I wrote this

letter because I have seen this problems in our country/community.During this

rainy seasons,I saw that there are some classrooms that have been flooded and

some of this classrooms are not available to have  their class because it is wet

inside.For that time,teachers must to find place for them to continue their

lessons.And students are hard to capture their lessons because they are thinking

for their things that have been flooded.
   
So now,I'm begging for your help in order to solve this problem of us.I'm
